Not sure my thoughts on the warranty. On the website it says 5 year warranty, when I bought the level and receiver, the checkout added the 2 year warranty on both items n/c. I haven't had to use the warranty yet Co don't know if it's any good.
I ordered my laser level from the Huepar Canadian website, the price was very good, and it arrived in days. It is very user friendly. An exceptional value based on the choices I could find on the internet.
I have not received it yet. It has been over a month
I messaged the customer service last week have not received a reply yet
What can I say? I already have four lasers from your company. Why four? They all work perfectly (good quality at a good price), and the receiver I recently ordered is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.

I've only used the telescoping pole once, seems well made and stores away fine the cloth case is a bit cheap, a plastic case for storage would most likely be a pole saver over time, a bent damaged pole would be frustrating.
Seems ok but not really for.commerical construction. I feel if I look at it wrong it will break
Although the receiver I purchased did work, unfortunately the Huepar laser I purchased approximately 6 months ago started smoking and the battery pack electrical connectors melted.
2year warranty is excellent laser is nice and bright inside , a bit hard to see outside tho.
Overall...Great product. Finding the remote a bit finicky while adjusting the laser a low speed. Seems I have to press it several times before it starts to move, then I've gone too far when it does connect. Perhaps it's something I've got to get used to, but still seems to act up a bit.
I tried to cancel this order just after it was ordered on May 1/2026 .
Sent 2 emails to your support department and have no response.
I wanted a green laser measuring version instead. In the description it did not say what type it was.
I repurchased the correct one from your Amazon store the same time.
Yesterday I received the one I ordered from you.
It's unopened and in the original shipping package.
I would like to send it back for a refund.

Bought this as a backup. Not exactly the same as the one that came with the laser but works great!
The rechargeable batteries takes too long to charge (and sometimes it doesn’t even charge) - even after hours while being plugged in.
2 years, I feel like the product is so well built that I may not be using it 🤣
Very easy to use and appreciate the fact I can control it via my phone.
