Shipping Policy
Shipping Information:
We will deliver the package from Toronto and it is free shipping by Capost and corresponding paid delivery methods are also available. The ca.huepar.com website only ships orders to Canada and the United States(US free shipping about 2-7 working days).
The order delivery time is divided into two parts Processing time and Shipping time:
- Processing time: 1-2 working days
- Shipping time: 1-4 working days by UPS ($5.00 CAD)
- Shipping time: 2-8 working days by Capost (Free)
- Shipping time: 2-8 working days by Capost Signature Signed ($11.00 CAD )
- Shipping time for USA: 2-7 working days by UPS (Free).
Notes:
1) It's not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-2 days to process your order.
3) In most cases, the packages will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 90 days of the order date.
