Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, Huepar made the return process super easy.

What is the return method?
1. Use the return label: We will send you a return label. Print the return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest Mailing Stations.
2. OR We will provide the return address by email, just return the package to this address. We will ask you for photos of the package to make sure it is not damaged.

Before returning the package back, we need to confirm whether the product meets the return criteria, we will contact you by email to confirm the condition of the package. Only products that meet the conditions for return can be returned.

Please Note that:
  • The product isn’t worn out
  • The product is in a resalable condition.
  • The product is returned with its original tag and case.

 

Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund time to the account depends on the processing time of the bank or Paypal, usually 1-7 working days. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment account. 
2. We will only charge you for the shipping cost of the returned package.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Service within 15 days from your date of purchase.

 

WARRANTY

The laser tool passed rigorous and comprehensive product inspection. We are confident of the quality of our products and offer outstanding guarantee for professional users of the products.

 

We offer 2 Years Limited Warranty from date of purchasing provided that:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Fair wear and tear
  • Have not repaired by unauthorized persons
  • Has not been misused

Defective products will be repaired or replaced, free of charge or at our discretion, if sent together with proof of purchase to our authorized distributor(s)

 

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Faults caused by accidental damage
  • Failure to use according to manufacturers’ instructions
  • Defects caused by maintenance or renovation without our authorization
  • Calibration and care are not covered by warranty

 

Note:

  • To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable under this Warranty for indirect or consequential loss resulting from faults in this product.
  • Repair or replacement under this Warranty does not affect the expiry date of the Warranty.
  • This warranty is limited to purchased customers, and is not permitted to transfer this warranty to other third parties.
  • This Warranty may not be varied without our authorization.
